Madison County State’s Attorney Tom Gibbons understands the challenges facing our court system and is committed to keeping the State’s Attorney’s Office running efficiently to work for the people of Madison County. While he is proud of the many accomplishments achieved by the office, Tom believes there is always room for improvement and is constantly seeking ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Fighting heroin addiction and prosecuting dealers for overdose deaths
• Protecting children from violence and sexual predators and supporting child advocacy services
• Putting offenders of violent crimes behind bars
• Advocating for victims of domestic violence and elder abuse and putting offenders of violent crimes behind bars
• Ensuring all residents are treated fairly and equally so that the rules apply to everyone regardless of personal connections or position
